習慣喝濾紙或者法蘭絨過濾的咖啡,對於摩卡壺(Espresso Maker)、那不勒斯轉壺(拿坡里壺/Neapolitan flip coffee pot)、法式濾壓壺(法國壓/French Press)等過濾時保留咖啡油脂與無感細渣的混濁咖啡液體,不容易感到習慣,然而近年來瑞士金(Swiss Gold)KF2、KF4、KF-300盛行後,不鏽鋼網濾杯也逐漸有一塊市場空間,聖一牌VIRUS Dipper、Kone Filter、KINTO的不鏽鋼網濾杯都是後起之秀,Hario也推出錐形金屬濾網濾杯,聰明濾杯也聽說要推出不鏽鋼網版本。
在眾家金屬濾網濾杯之中,星巴克金屬濾杯和聖一牌VIRUS Dipper以及Swiss Gold KF-300長的很相似,而星巴克吸引我的一點是底部的圖案很美麗。

這種圓筒狀造型的金屬濾杯優點之一是附帶一個塑膠濾杯,可以裝冰塊製作冰滴咖啡,也可以在沖熱咖啡的時候作為分散水流用,但是我從來沒有試著去用它做冰滴咖啡或者熱咖啡分散水流用,如果我再繼續不使用它,也許有一天會被我媽發現,拿去種花花草草或者九層塔...

使用UNI-Cafe 薩爾瓦多去果皮日曬 El Salvador San Emilio Natural,沖一杯混濁的咖啡試試。

由於這一款咖啡濾杯的孔相當大,所以磨粉細一點比較不會水柱沖下去馬上就流掉,咖啡粉沫尚未被浸泡未充分萃取就濾完了,風味就會很淡很淡。
