今年咖啡展在M608攤位的區塊,除了可以看到Dr.Bean展出可以調整轉速83mm大錐刀旗艦級義式磨豆機,還有VBM雙孔咖啡機,也可以喝到禾倉咖啡帶來的Tim Wendelboe生豆所烘焙的極淺焙咖啡,還會遇到這台很有趣的磨豆機以及電動整粉機,預計在明年三月上市,轉速計畫設定在100~600RPM。

如果大家曾經聽說過百歲的日本傳奇人物 關口一郎先生,就應該知道他們店內使用特別訂製的磨豆機,可以將咖啡顆粒研磨很均勻也很一致的顆粒,無殘粉也無細粉。
去年同樣在咖啡展展出的手搖磨豆器材,長的很像長條狀的膠囊,用搖晃方式槌磨咖啡豆,今年則由同一家廠商:參參壹玖形象設計有限公司,推出電動版本。
